Permissions Overview

Insites enables you to manage permissions on your application using profiles.

Profiles are a set of predefined attributes assigned to a user or group of users. They categorize users based on their roles or responsibilities and grant specific permissions, such as read, write, and update, among other functionalities.

Users assigned to a profile inherit its associated fields and permissions, streamlining the process of granting similar fields or access rights to multiple users by defining permissions only once for the profile.
