Notifications and Callbacks

Notifications lets you manage the API callback, auto responder and workflow email notifications for successful, failed and refund orders.
Note that it is still up to the front-end to trigger these email notifications and APIs as follows:

 
Success

  • Autoresponder: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_success
  • Workflow: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_success_workflow
  • API: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_success

 
Failed

  • Autoresponder: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_failed
  • Workflow: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_failed_workflow
  • API: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_failed

 
Refund

  • Autoresponder: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_failed
  • Workflow: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_failed_workflow
  • API: modules/insites_ecommerce/insites_order_failed
