How do I request a feature?

Please send an email to support@insites.io with the following details:

  • Module: The module this feature request belongs too (Insites Core, Database, Site Manager, etc)
  • Details: Please provide as much detail as possible, including any screenshots. When requesting a feature please leave your use case for the point below, but also think about how this feature can/should/will be used across a variety of projects and not just yours.
  • Use Case: Please provide details on your specific use case and how you would utilise the feature.
  • Priority: As we receive a lot of requests, it is vital for us to plan our backlog and deployments. Please indicate when it would be ideal for you to have this feature. Note that it is blocking you, medium level and needed before the project is finished or just a nice to have. If you can include delivery dates from your project that would be greatly beneficial.

How do I notify you about a bug?

Please send an email to support@insites.io with the following details:

  • Module: The module this bug belongs too (Insites Core, Database, Site Manager, etc)
  • Details: Please provide as much detail as possible, including any screenshots.
  • Use Case: Please provide details on your specific use case and how this is not the expected result.
  • Product/Project: Specify the project or product that you noticed this in.
  • Instance: The URL of the instance and any required credentials to replicate this issue.
