How do I request a feature?

Please send an email to support@insites.io with the following details:

  • Module: Insites is a large platform that is split up into modules, therefore we kindly ask that you specify the context your feature request belongs too. You can do this by providing the menu path or URL of the page that the feature you would like should be on.
  • Details: Please provide as much detail as possible, including any screenshots or videos. When requesting a feature please leave your use case for the point below, but also think about how this feature can/should/will be used across a variety of projects and not just yours.
  • Use Case: Please provide details on your specific use case and how you would utilise the feature.
  • Priority: As we receive a lot of requests, it is vital for us to plan our backlog and deployments. Please indicate the priority level of your request

How do I notify you about a bug?

Please send an email to support@insites.io with the following details:

  • Module: The URL of where the bug is appearing.
  • Bug Details: Provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots or videos.
  • Use Case: Provide details on your specific use case and how you are using the platform.
  • Expected Result: Indicate what your expected result/output/input is from the system, along with what is currently is.
  • Credentials: The URL of the instance and any required credentials to replicate this issue.
