Announcing the release of Insites Events v5.0.0

New Features

• A link is now displayed when using a 'Data Source' field to link to a company in the CRM. The link allows you to view company details. 
• You now have the option to download all files from 'File (Multiple)' fields in a database item
• A 'System Details' tab has been added to the database items. It allows you to view the following information about a particular database item:
  • Created At
  • Updated At
  • Last Updated By
  • Deleted At
• You can now use advanced searching, sorting, and filtering features when viewing database items
• A 'History' tab has been added, allowing you to view the history details of a database item

Improvements

• The Instance now saves the application state, including applied filters, pagination settings, and user search results.
• The form for adding 'Metadata' when creating a field has been removed.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where Globals data do not load on a new Instance
• Resolved an issue that caused pages to freeze whenever a user tried to open files inside a folder
• Resolved an issue where SMSs could not be created

Improvements

• The system now displays 'Created at' and 'Updated at' details when viewing a file using the Explorer
• Folders are now collapsed by default when you navigate to the CMS Explorer
• The 'Insites External Email Layout' has been added as one of the layouts you can use when creating an email in the CMS

• Opportunities now feature a 'Related Contacts' tab that can be used to assign contacts to an opportunity
• You can now filter by pipeline name in the table view for opportunities

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the export function was not able to export all pipeline records
• Resolved an issue where the history log for an opportunity was not being created

Improvements

• The Instance now warns users trying to add custom fields to a pipeline if they are using a field name that has already been taken
• The 'Target Conversion Date' column is once again featured in the 'table view' option for opportunities
• You can now search for opportunities using the company name they are related to
• You can now search for opportunities by pipeline name

• The stripe_id field has been added to the 'Company' table

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the outdated Console SSO Key standard is still being used upon Instance creation
• Resolved an issue where a user could not log in to a newly-duplicated Instance via single sign on (SSO) from the Console

• Categories now have a 'History' tab. The tab currently tracks events such as archiving, enabling, and disabling a category.
• Products now have a 'History' tab. The tab currently tracks events such as archiving, enabling, and disabling a product.
• Orders now have a 'System Info' tab displaying information about when the order was created and updated. It also displays who last updated the order.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved the faulty button state shown when a payment is saved
• Resolved an issue where the total amounts displayed on an order's detail's panel and the same order's 'Order Total' field do - not match when you are editing the order
• Addressed date and time error whenever a payment is being updated
• Resolved issues with the filter being unsuccessfully applied to a list of orders and breaking the orders list
• Addressed an issue where the search feature indicated that no results were found even though testing revealed that the database contained the target items

• The 'Import' button now goes into a 'loading state' whenever an order file is being uploaded to indicate that the system is processing the import
