Managing your Partner Profile

The Account feature on the Insites Console enables you to build and manage your team or company's Console profile. This feature allows clients on the Marketplace or Partners to view and engage with your company's profile instead of a personal user profile. This arrangement not only elevates the perception of professionalism and stability but also streamlines future expansion efforts by offering tools for delegation and continuity.

Account Details

Build your business profile using this tab. To update or create your account details:

  1. Navigate to Account from the main menu.
  2. Go to the 'Account Details' tab.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Select SAVE CHANGES.

The following table displays the input descriptions for updating or creating a business account:

Account Logo Clickable Area No Logo or avatar of the business.
Account Name Text Field Yes Name of the business.
Address 1 Text Field No Address details of the business.
Address 2 Text Field No Address details of the business.
City Text Field No The city where the business is located.
State Text Field No The state where the business is located.
Postcode Text Field No The postcode of the business.
Country Text Field No The country where the business is located.

Partner Profile

Use this tab to showcase your business and the services you provide on the 'Partners' directory so that users can contact you for assistance with their projects. To create or update your partner profile:

  1. Navigate to Account from the main menu.
  2. Switch to the 'Partner Profile' tab.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Select SAVE CHANGES.

The following table displays the input descriptions for updating or creating a partner profile:

Show me on the partner directory Toggle No Use this toggle to show or hide the profile on the partner directory.
Directory Card Text Area Yes A short overview of your business displayed on the Partner's Directory Card. You can use up to 250 characters.
About Markdown Editor Yes A detailed description of your business.
Services Text Area Yes The services that the business offers.
Email Text Field Yes The email address clients can contact you on.

Marketplace Profile

The information on this tab is used on your public-facing marketplace author profile. To build or update your marketplace profile:

  1. Navigate to Account from the main menu.
  2. Switch to the 'Marketplace Profile' tab.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Select SAVE CHANGES.

The following table displays the input descriptions for updating or creating a marketplace profile:

Tags

Add tags to use for categorising and searching for instances and folder. To add a new account tag:

  1. Navigate to Account from the main menu.
  2. Switch to the 'Tags' tab.
  3. Click the 'ADD TAG' button.
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Select ADD TAG.

The following table displays the input descriptions for adding a new account tag:
