Managing Auth Policies

This document guides you through the following aspects of managing auth policies on your Instance:

  • Updating an auth policy
  • Deleting an auth policy

Updating an auth policy

To update an auth policy:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Auth Policies.
  3. Find the auth policy you want to update and select its Edit row action link.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Select SAVE.

Deleting an auth policy

This section discusses the two ways you can delete auth policies:

  • Deleting a single auth policy
  • Deleting multiple auth policies

Deleting a single auth policy

To delete a single auth policy:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Auth Policies.
  3. Find the auth policy you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
  4. Finalize the auth policy deletion using the confirmation modal.

Deleting multiple auth policies

To delete multiple auth policies:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Auth Policies.
  3. Select the auth policies you want to delete using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all auth policies.
  4. Confirm that the 'Delete' option is selected in the bulk-actions dropdown button.
  5. Select APPLY.
  6. Finalize deleting the auth policies using the confirmation modal.
