Managing Emails

This document guides you through the following aspects of managing emails on your Instance:

  • Previewing an email
  • Updating an email
  • Duplicating an email
  • Deleting emails

Previewing an email

To preview an email:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Emails.
  3. Find the email you want to preview and select its Edit row action link.
  4. Navigate to the 'Preview' tab.
  5. If your email has dynamic content, you may use the 'Test Data' field to test and preview your email.

Updating an email

To update an email:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Emails.
  3. Find the email you want to update and select its Edit row action link.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Select SAVE.

Duplicating an email

To duplicate an email:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Emails.
  3. Find the email you want to duplicate and select its Edit row action link.
  4. Select DUPLICATE.

Deleting emails

This section discusses the two ways you can delete emails:

  • Deleting an email
  • Deleting multiple emails

Deleting an email

To delete an email:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Emails.
  3. Find the email you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
  4. Finalize the deletion of the email using the confirmation modal.

Deleting multiple emails

To delete multiple emails:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Emails.
  3. Select the emails you want to delete using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all emails.
  4. Confirm that the 'Delete' option is selected in the bulk-actions dropdown button.
  5. Select APPLY.
  6. Finalize the deletion of the emails using the confirmation modal.
