Managing SMSs

This document guides you through the following aspects of managing SMSs on your Instance:

• Previewing an SMS
• Updating an SMS
• Deleting SMSs

Previewing an SMS

To preview an SMS:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select SMS.
3. Find the SMS you want to preview and select its Edit row action link.
4. Navigate to the 'Preview' tab.

Updating an SMS

To update an SMS:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select SMS.
3. Find the SMS you want to update and select its Edit row action link.
4. Make your changes.
5. Select SAVE.

Deleting SMSs

This section discusses the two ways you can use to delete SMSs:

• Deleting a single SMS
• Deleting multiple SMSs

Deleting a single SMS

To delete an SMS:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select SMS.
3. Find the SMS you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
4. Finalize the deletion of the SMS using the confirmation modal.

Deleting multiple SMSs

To delete multiple SMSs:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select SMS.
3. Select the SMSs you want to delete using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all SMSs.
4. Confirm that the 'Delete' option is selected in the bulk-actions dropdown button.
5. Select APPLY.
6. Finalize the deletion of the SMSs using the confirmation modal.
