Managing Web Files

This document guides you through the following aspects of managing your web files on your Instance:

• Updating a web file
• Deleting web files

Updating a web file

To update a web file:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Web Files.
3. Find the web file you want to update and select its Edit row action link.
4. Make your changes.
5. Select SAVE.

Deleting web files

This section discusses the two ways you can use to delete web files:

• Deleting a web file
• Deleting multiple web files

Deleting a web file

To delete a web file:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Web Files.
3. Find the web file you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
4. Finalize the deletion of the web file using the confirmation modal.

Deleting multiple web files

To delete multiple web files:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Web Files.
3. Select the web files you want to delete using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all web files.
4. Confirm that the 'Delete' option is selected in the bulk-actions dropdown button.
5. Select APPLY.
6. Finalize the deletion of the web files using the confirmation modal.
