Insites enables you to manage various e-commerce configurations, such as the physical dimensions of your products. To modify your ecommerce configurations:

  1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
  2. Select Configuration.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Select SAVE.

You can make changes to the following fields:

Input Label Type Required Description
Measurement Unit Dropdown Field No The standard unit for dimensions. Options include mm, cm, m, in, ft and yd.
Weight Unit Dropdown Field No The unit of measure for mass. Options include g, kg, oz and lb.

Units are only indicators. Changing them does not convert the values already stored on your products.
