Order Statuses

The Insites ecommerce module provides a range of statuses that enable you to keep customers and merchants informed about the progress of their transactions. These statuses can also indicate any necessary actions either party requires to complete the transaction. Statuses are divided into three main parts:

  • Order status
  • Payment status
  • Shipping status

Order status

Use this range of statuses to inform customers about the progress of their transactions.

Payment status

These statuses communicate payment updates to customers and merchants.

Shipping status

Customers can receive shipping updates through the use of these statuses.
