The Insites Console SSO Key allows your Instance to communicate with your Console Account. It is generated automatically upon Instance creation from the Console. You can regenerate the SSO key when needed. This also updates the SSO key in your Insites Console account. To regenerate the SSO key:

  1. Choose Settings on the main menu.
  2. Select Console SSO Key.
  3. Select REGENERATE SSO KEY (GENERATE SSO KEY if no key exists yet), then select REGENERATE KEY on the confirmation modal.
