Viewing all events

To view all events:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select All Events.

Modifying display fields

You can select which event fields are visible on the table to tailor the user experience for a particular workflow.

To modify the display fields:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select All Events.
  3. Select the 'plus' icon ().
  4. Use the toggle buttons to select which fields are displayed on the 'Events' list page.
  5. Select SAVE.

You may add or remove the following fields from the 'Events' list page:

  • Event UUID
  • Slug
  • Reference Number
  • Industry UUID
  • Category UUID
  • Event Manager UUID
  • Event Time Zone
  • Event Start Date
  • Event End Date
  • Registration Deadline Date
  • Event Type
  • Venue UUID
  • Venue Name
  • Total Individual Tickets Remaining
  • Total Group Tickets Remaining

Filtering for events

Filters narrow down the events displayed in the table, making it easier to focus on a specific subset. Only events that meet all filter criteria will be displayed.

Adding filters

To add a filter:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select All Events.
  3. Select the 'filter' icon ().
  4. Select ADD FILTER.
  5. Fill out the form for adding a filter.
  6. Select SAVE.

  • Not Array Overlaps

Note that the condition available depends on the field chosen

Value Dropdown Field Yes This field appears after you have filled out the preceding 'Field' and 'Condition' fields.
Note

Only the AND conditional is used for multiple filters

Removing filters

To remove a filter:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select All Events.
  3. Select the 'filter' icon ().
  4. Find the filter you want to remove.
  5. Select REMOVE FILTER.
  6. Select SAVE.
