Viewing Event Venues

Viewing all event venues

To view all event venues:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select Venues.

Modifying display fields

You can select which venue fields are visible on the table to tailor the user experience for a particular workflow. To modify the display fields:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select Venues.
  3. Select the 'plus' icon ().
  4. Use the toggle buttons to select which fields are displayed in the 'Venues' list page
  5. Select SAVE.

You may add or remove the following fields from the 'Venues' list page:

  • Venue UUID
  • Venue Type
  • CRM Company
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • Address 3
  • City
  • County
  • District
  • Suburb
  • State
  • Country
  • Country Code
  • Postcode
  • Latitude Longitude

Filtering for event venues

Filters narrow down the event venues displayed in the table, making it easier to focus on a specific subset. Only event venues that meet all filter criteria will be displayed.

Adding filters

To add a filter:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select Venues.
  3. Select the 'filter' icon ().
  4. Select ADD FILTER.
  5. Fill out the form for adding a filter.
  6. Select SAVE.

These are the input requirements and descriptions for adding a filter:

  • Country Code
  • Postcode
  • Latitude
  • Longitude

The logical condition used to filter for fields. Options include the following:

  • Value
  • Value In
  • Contains
  • Starts With
  • Ends With
  • Not Contains
  • Not Starts With
  • Not Ends With
  • Not Value
  • Exists
  • Greater Than
  • Greater Than or Equal
  • Less Than
  • Less Than or Equal
  • Value Float
  • Value Boolean
  • Value Int
  • Not Value Boolean
  • Value Array
  • Array Contains
  • Array Overlaps
  • Not Value Array
  • Not Array Contains
  • Not Array Overlaps

Note that the condition available depends on the field chosen
Value Dropdown Field Yes This field appears after you have filled out the preceding 'Field' and 'Condition' fields.

Only the AND conditional is used for multiple filters

Removing filters

To remove a filter for viewing event venues:

  1. Navigate to Events from the main menu.
  2. Select Venues.
  3. Select the 'filter' icon ().
  4. Find the filter you want to remove.
  5. Select REMOVE FILTER.
  6. Select SAVE.
