Viewing Tasks

This article discusses three ways of viewing a task:

  • Using the 'Tasks' main menu item.
  • Viewing tasks associated with a contact.
  • Viewing tasks associated with a company.

Using the 'Tasks' main menu item

To view tasks:

  1. Navigate to Tasks from the main menu.
  2. Choose one of the following menu items:

    • My Tasks
    • All Tasks

    Selecting My Tasks lets you view all tasks assigned to you while selecting All Tasks lets you view tasks assigned to all users.

  3. Select the task whose details you want to view.

You may use the following filters when viewing tasks:

  • Assigned To (only available under All Tasks)
  • Company
  • Contact
  • Due Date
  • Status

Viewing tasks associated with a company

To view the tasks associated with a company:

  1. Navigate to the CRM from the main menu.
  2. Select Companies.
  3. Find the company whose tasks you want to view and select its View row action link.
  4. Navigate to the 'Tasks' tab to view all tasks associated with the company.
  5. Select the task whose details you want to view.

Viewing tasks associated with a contact

To view tasks associated with a contact:

  1. Navigate to the CRM from the main menu.
  2. Select Contacts.
  3. Find the contact whose tasks you want to view and select its View row action link.
  4. Navigate to the 'Tasks' tab to view all tasks associated with the contact.
  5. Select the task whose details you want to view.
