Viewing Tasks

This article discusses three ways of viewing a task:
- Using the 'Tasks' main menu item.
- Viewing tasks associated with a contact.
- Viewing tasks associated with a company.
Using the 'Tasks' main menu item
To view tasks:
- Navigate to Tasks from the main menu.

Choose one of the following menu items:
Selecting My Tasks lets you view all tasks assigned to you while selecting All Tasks lets you view tasks assigned to all users.
- Select the task whose details you want to view.
You may use the following filters when viewing tasks:
- Assigned To (only available under All Tasks)
- Company
- Contact
- Due Date
- Status
Viewing tasks associated with a company
To view the tasks associated with a company:
- Navigate to the CRM from the main menu.
- Select Companies.
- Find the company whose tasks you want to view and select its View row action link.
- Navigate to the 'Tasks' tab to view all tasks associated with the company.
- Select the task whose details you want to view.
Viewing tasks associated with a contact
To view tasks associated with a contact:
- Navigate to the CRM from the main menu.
- Select Contacts.
- Find the contact whose tasks you want to view and select its View row action link.
- Navigate to the 'Tasks' tab to view all tasks associated with the contact.
- Select the task whose details you want to view.
