The following UI elements are available for the 'Array' field type:

  • Card Select (Multiple)
  • Checkbox
  • File (Multiple)
  • Input (Multiple)
  • Select (Multiple)
  • Table

The options and requirements for each UI element are discussed in subsequent sections of this article.

Card Select (Multiple)

Selecting the 'Card Select (Multiple)' UI element displays the following conditional field:

Mandatory Toggle No Allows you to specify whether a user must provide a file or if the field can be optional.

In addition, you can add options for users by selecting ADD OPTION. Input requirements for the options are displayed below:

Value Input Field Yes The value (or label) of the option.
Content Text Area Yes The content of the option

Finally, the system makes the following fields available for filling out on the 'Card Select (Multiple)' UI element's 'Appearance' tab:

Show in table view Toggle No Toggle to show or hide the UI element in table view.
Sortable in table view Toggle No Toggle to enable or prevent users from sorting the UI element in table view.
Help Text (Tooltip) Text Area No Help text to assist users in utilizing the field correctly.
Column Width in table view (%) Number Field No Column width of the field in percent when in table view. You may use values between 1-100.

Checkbox

The input requirements for the 'Checkbox' UI element's form in the 'Appearance' tab are as follows:

Mandatory Toggle No Specifies if a user must provide an input or if the field can be optional.

The input requirements displayed in the 'Appearance' tab for the 'Checkbox' UI element are similar to those detailed in the 'Card Select (Multiple)' UI element.

File (Multiple)

Selecting the 'File (Multiple)' UI element displays the following conditional fields:

Max File Size (MB) Number Field Yes The maximum size of the files that users can upload to the Instance.
MandatoryToggleNoAllows you to specify whether a user must provide a file or if the field can be optional.

In addition, you can add columns to the table by selecting ADD COLUMN. Input requirements for the options are displayed below:
