The 'DateTime' field type has a single UI element option called 'Date and Time.' The system displays the following conditional field when you select the 'Date and Time' UI element:

Mandatory Toggle No When enabled, users must provide both a date and a time to save the record. When disabled, the field is optional.

In addition, the system displays the following form input requirements in the 'Date and Time' UI element's 'Appearance' tab:

Show in table view Toggle No Determines whether the date and time values are displayed as a column in the Instance Admin index.
Sortable in table view Toggle No Enables chronological sorting of records by timestamp when the column header is clicked.
Help Text (Tooltip) Text Area No Informational text that appears on hover; useful for specifying timezone expectations or required time formats.
Column Width in table view (%) Number Field No Sets the horizontal width (1–100%) of the column in the table view to optimize the display of long timestamps.
