Managing Enquiries

Viewing an enquiry

To view an enquiry in the locator:

  1. Navigate to the Locator from the main menu.
  2. Select Enquiries.
  3. Find the enquiry you want to view and select its View row action link.

Adding an enquiry

Enquiries are added to the Instance via user submissions on the front-end of your web app. If you wish to add enquiries manually, you may import them into the Instance. Please refer to Importing and Exporting Enquiries for more details.

Filtering locations

Once on the 'Enquiries' page, you can filter your enquiries according to the following criteria:

  • Status
  • Location
  • Date Period
  • Assigned To

Updating an enquiry

You can update the 'Status' of an enquiry using the following methods:

  • Updating the status of an enquiry
  • Updating the status of multiple enquiries

You can assign the following statuses to an enquiry:

  • Open
  • New
  • Flagged
  • Closed

Updating the status of an enquiry

To update the status of an individual enquiry:

  1. Navigate to the Locator from the main menu.
  2. Select Enquiries.
  3. Find the enquiry you want to update and select its Update Status row action link.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Select UPDATE STATUS.

Updating the status of multiple enquiries

To update the status of multiple enquiries:

  1. Navigate to the Locator from the main menu.
  2. Select Enquiries.
  3. Select the enquiries you want to update using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all enquiries.
  4. Ensure the Update Status option is selected on the bulk dropdown menu.
  5. Select APPLY.
  6. Make your changes to the status.
  7. Select UPDATE STATUS.
