Reports. A new Reports page shows submissions, unique submitters and uploaded files for a date range you choose, with submissions over time, by hour of day and by day of week, the forms with the most submissions, and a breakdown of each field's answers.
History. A new History page, and a History tab on every form, list the changes made to your forms and the emails they send. Filter by form, event type and administrator.
Test emails. Send test also goes to the notification's CC and BCC addresses, and fills merge fields from the form's test data.
Who receives email on staging. On a staging instance each email notification lists the test recipients its emails can reach, with a link to change them.
.heic photos. Public forms accept .heic and .heif photo uploads and store them as images.
Layouts for workflow emails. Workflow emails offer the same CMS Layout picker as autoresponders, including "No layout (plain email)".
Virtual field options. Virtual choice fields let you pick the input type and edit their options, or a data source, in a drawer.
File links in emails. File and image fields appear in emails as named download links.
Improvements
All Forms. Separate Workflow Notification and Autoresponder columns, saved column settings, search that works from any page, and Last Updated sorting in both directions.
Email notifications. Fields are grouped and each has a tooltip. A failed save names the notification and marks every field at fault.
Safer editing. You are asked before deleting a step that holds fields, and warned before Generate or Save would drop enabled fields that sit outside a step.
Dates. Dates follow your localization formats, and workflow emails show the Sent time in the instance's time zone and tick boxes as Yes or No.
Table fields. A table field shows its Field Description as a sub label.
Consistent screens. Page headings, breadcrumbs, the create message, the delete confirmation and empty states match the rest of the admin, and Create Form offers Create Database when you have none. Tooltips and copy use US English.
Bug fixes
Spam protection. A form with spam protection on but no tag in its code refused every submission without a message. Saving the form now adds the missing tag, or swaps in the right one when you change provider.
Saving. A form with no enabled fields saves, a blank Reply-To no longer blocks the save, and saving no longer blanks the autoresponder's sender or copies database settings into the form.
Notifications. The Form Builder lists every notification linked to a form, including ones created through the API, and no longer adds a duplicate on save.
Steps. Renaming a step no longer adds a new one.
Conditional fields. A required field hidden by conditional visibility no longer blocks the submit.
Generated form code. It applies each field's Length limits, closes every element, and keeps reCAPTCHA on a multi-step form whose last step is empty.
Emails. Visitor input no longer shows as HTML in subjects, Submission Details is filled in, and test emails no longer carry a broken View Submission link.
Create Form. The Database search box filters the list.
Preview. The form preview no longer shows "refused to connect".
