Team collaboration

When several people work in the same admin, Insites AI shows you who else is there Beta. Small chips in the header show everyone signed in right now and which screen they are on. You can follow a teammate to their screen, you are warned before two people edit the same record, and a short notice tells you when a teammate has saved a change to the screen you are looking at.

It is on for every administrator of the instance and needs no setup. Nothing is stored: the chips, cursors and notices exist only while people are signed in.

• Who is in the admin: chips in the header show who is signed in and which screen they are on. Click one to follow that person.
• Editing together: a warning before two people edit the same record, and a notice when a teammate saves a change to your screen.
• Live cursors: see your teammates' pointers, with their names, on a screen you share.
