Managing Users

This document discusses various aspects of managing users within the Insites Console. It is divided into the following topics:

Viewing all Console Users

To view all users in your Console account, navigate to People from the main menu.

Use the search box to find a person. Select a column heading to sort the list. Pending invitations show in the same list.

People sign in with their Insites account, so the Console has no password reset link. A person resets their own password from the Insites sign-in page.

Removing a User from the Console

To remove a user account from the Console:

1. Navigate to People from the main menu.
2. Find the person and open their actions menu.
3. Select Remove from account.
4. Confirm in the dialog. To withdraw an invitation that was not accepted yet, choose Revoke invite instead.
