Introduction to Console Users

You can invite other users to collaborate with you on your Insites Console account. Each person you invite gets a role. Viewer can see the dashboard and instances. Editor can also create, edit and delete staging instances and edit production. Developer adds the developer tools, such as CLI commands and instance logs, and can deploy. Admin can also create and delete production instances, manage People and the Account, and view billing. Owner can also remove people from the account. A role applies to every instance and folder in the account.

Typically, Console users are developers affiliated with agencies building websites for various clients. Administrators and developers from these clients, in turn, receive invitations at the Instance level for access to specific instances.
