Managing Layouts

This document guides you through the following aspects of managing layouts on your Instance:

• Updating a layout
• Duplicating a layout
• Deleting a layout

Updating a layout

To update a layout:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Layouts.
3. Find the layout you want to update and select its Edit row action link.
4. Make your changes.
5. Select SAVE.

Duplicating a layout

To duplicate a layout:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Layouts.
3. Find the layout you want to duplicate and select its Edit row action link.
4. Select DUPLICATE.

Deleting a layout

This section discusses two ways you can delete layouts:

• Deleting a single layout
• Deleting multiple layouts

Deleting a single layout

To delete a layout:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Layouts.
3. Find the layout you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
4. Finalize the layout deletion using the confirmation modal.

Deleting multiple layouts

To delete multiple layouts:

1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
2. Select Layouts.
3. Select the layouts you want to delete using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all layouts.
4. Confirm that the 'Delete' option is selected in the bulk-actions dropdown button.
5. Select APPLY.
6. Finalize the deletion of the layouts using the confirmation modal.
