Integrations Overview

Insites makes it easy to integrate with third-party software systems using a variety of pre-built Integrations. The native Integrations allow you to use third-party software in your Application and the Instance Admin. For example, you can easily integrate with Google Maps by creating a Google Cloud Platform account and generating your API Key. Then, enter your key within the admin interface. The admin will then be able to use your key to show interactive maps of your companies and contacts within the CRM while enabling map usage on the Application, such as a map on your contact page or auto-filling the address field on a purchase flow.

Other examples of third-party software that you can build integrations with are Stripe for payments and reCAPTCHA for form security. For more detailed information about these Integrations, please see the following links:

Instance API Key

Your instance has a unique API Key that allows external systems and developers to authenticate with the Insites API. You can view your Instance API Key at any time from the Integrations section.

To view or regenerate your Instance API Key:

1. Navigate to Integrations from the main menu.
2. Select Instance API Key.
3. Your full API Key is displayed on this page. To generate a new key, select REGENERATE API KEY.
