Managing Pages

This document guides you through the following aspects of managing pages on your Instance:

  • Viewing a page
  • Updating a page
  • Adding Metadata, Open Graph, and Schema to a page
  • Deleting a page

Viewing a page

The system lets you view a page exactly as it appears to clients on the front end. To view a page:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Pages.
  3. Find the page whose front end you want to view, then select its View Page row action link.

Updating a page

To update a page:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Pages.
  3. Find the page you want to update, then select its Edit row action link.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Select SAVE.

Adding Metadata, Open Graph, and Schema to a page

To apply your Metadata, Open Graph, or Schema configurations to a page:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Pages.
  3. Find the page containing the Metadata, Open Graph, or Schema configurations you want to use, then select its Edit row action link.
  4. Navigate to one of the following tabs:
    • Metadata
    • Open Graph
    • Schema
  5. Copy the snippet of the configuration you want to apply. The snippet would look similar to the following example:

  6. Paste the snippet onto the page to which you want to apply the Metadata, Open Graph, or Schema configurations.

Deleting a page

This section discusses two ways of deleting a page:

  • Deleting a single page
  • Deleting multiple pages

Deleting a single page

To delete a page:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Pages.
  3. Find the page you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
  4. Finalize the page deletion using the confirmation modal.

Deleting multiple pages

To delete multiple pages:

  1. Navigate to the CMS from the main menu.
  2. Select Pages.
  3. Select the pages you want to delete using their checkboxes. Selecting the topmost checkbox selects all pages.
  4. Select the Delete option on the bulk actions button.
  5. Select APPLY.
  6. Finalize the deletion of the pages using the confirmation modal.
