Managing Freight Suppliers

This article discusses the following aspects of managing freight suppliers in your Instance:

• Updating a freight supplier
• Disabling freight suppliers
• Enabling freight suppliers
• Deleting freight suppliers

Updating a freight supplier

To update a freight supplier:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Find the freight supplier you want to update and select its Edit row action link.
4. Make your changes.
5. Select SAVE.

Disabling freight suppliers

You can disable freight suppliers using one of two ways:

• Disabling a single freight supplier
• Disabling freight suppliers in bulk

Disabling a single freight supplier

To disable a freight supplier:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Find the freight supplier you want to disable and select its Disable row action link.
4. Finalize disabling the freight supplier using the confirmation modal.

Disabling freight suppliers in bulk

To disable freight suppliers in bulk:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Select the filter icon (), then select ADD FILTER.
4. Select 'Status' in 'Field.'
5. Select 'Contains' in the 'Condition' field.
6. In the 'Value' field, type or input 'Enabled'
7. Select the freight suppliers you want to disable using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all freight suppliers.
8. Select Bulk Actions , then select Disable.
9. Select APPLY.
10. Finalize disabling the freight suppliers using the confirmation modal.

Enabling freight suppliers

You can enable freight suppliers using one of two ways:

• Enabling a single freight supplier
• Enabling freight suppliers in bulk

Enabling a single freight supplier

To enable a freight supplier:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Find the freight supplier you want to enable and select its Enable row action link.
4. Finalize enabling the freight supplier using the confirmation modal.

Enabling freight suppliers in bulk

To enable freight suppliers in bulk:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Select the filter icon (), then select ADD FILTER.
4. Select 'Status' in 'Field.'
5. Select 'Contains' in the 'Condition' field.
6. In the 'Value' field, type or input 'Disabled'
7. Select the freight suppliers you want to enable using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all freight suppliers.
8. Select Bulk Actions , then select Enable.
9. Select APPLY.
10. Finalize enabling the freight suppliers using the confirmation modal.

Deleting freight suppliers

You can delete freight suppliers using one of two ways:

• Deleting a single freight supplier
• Deleting freight suppliers in bulk

Deleting a single freight supplier

To delete a single freight supplier:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Find the freight supplier you want to delete and select its Delete row action link.
4. Finalize the deletion of the freight supplier using the confirmation modal.

Deleting freight suppliers in bulk

To delete freight suppliers in bulk:

1. Navigate to Ecommerce from the main menu.
2. Select Freight Suppliers.
3. Select the freight suppliers you want to delete using their checkboxes. Ticking the topmost checkbox selects all freight suppliers.
4. Select Bulk Actions , then select Delete.
5. Select APPLY.
6. Finalize the deletion of the freight suppliers using the confirmation modal.
